Aptora’s professional Account Managers are here to assist clients both before and after the sale. Account Managers are very accessible and serve as your main point of contact at Aptora. Their desire is to build a friendly long-lasting relationship with each and every person they do business with.
Before the Sale
The Account Manager’s objective is to find out whether or not Aptora’s products and services would be a good fit for your business. They will gather information about what you want, compare it to what we have to offer, and demonstrate the product to see if you believe it is a good fit.
Your Account Manager will assist you through the process of going live with your new system by helping you plan out everything. They will help schedule the data migration (if any), help coordinate training, and set your go live date.
After the Sale
Whether you have questions about Aptora’s catalog of products and services or need help resolving a problem, your dedicated Account Manager is your direct line to Aptora.

Rich is a United States Marine Corps veteran and has been a part of the Aptora Team for over 3 years. He began in the Technical Support Department and later moved to the Sales Department. He has a great understanding of Aptora’s products and the possibilities they can provide to his clients. Rich is also a Taco Bell fanatic and eats there for lunch at least once a week.
Jonathan has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a Technical Diploma in HVAC. He has account management experience in both residential and commercial HVAC equipment and a passion for helping contractors grow. He is also originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is crazy about spicy boiled crawfish. He will travel great distances or even have them shipped live to Kansas.
