Sr. C# Programmer

Software Developer

C# or .NET Programmer

We need an experienced, smart, and motivated mid-level programmer in .Net/C#.  This is a full time, permanent job with awesome benefits.  We are hiring full-time ONLY.  No telecommuting.

We are interviewing NOW!  We will immediately hire the right person.

We are looking for an experienced and hardworking programmer that can work independently or in a small group.  The hours are flexible.  You can pick your dasy and hours between 7 AM and 6 PM Monday through Saturday.

Requirements

  1. Three or more solid years of programming experience in VB.NET or C#.
  2. MVC
  3. MS SQL Server (T-SQL)
  4. College degree (related field)
  5. Hard worker who takes great pride in doing excellent high quality work.

Software Sales Representative

Description:

The software sales position is responsible for generating new leads and following up on provided leads for product information.  Getting the prospect interested in company products and closing the sales.  The sales person is responsible for seeing the sale through to completion, which includes securing payment, as well as follow up with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and to generate possible referrals.  Some travel is required from sales person for annual trade shows and training meetings.

  • Your primary responsibility is to work in conjunction with our Marketing Department to achieve the first part of our primary goal to get customers.
  • Develop and strengthen our customer relations.
  • Commit to the achievement of the company’s related goals and aspirations
  • Assure that we maintain our commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction
  • Represent our company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and concerns

Requirements

  • Prior successful work experience in sales, preferably related to the Software Industry to Service Companies
  • Excellent “people” skills and good leadership skills
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
  • A good understanding and overall knowledge of the Service Industry
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Dependability

Duties:

  1. Respond quickly and accurately to any and all sales prospects provided to you

  5. Follow company policies regarding:  customer relations, quality control, conduce in customer businesses, other policies applicable to your position, dress code, credit and collections policy, and any other policies and procedures that are dictated from time to time
  6. Handle inquiries for incoming sales call for all products
  7. Handle sale inquiries by phone, e-mail, fax, or mail for all Total Office Manager leads
  8. Make follow up calls and set web demos for leads interested in Total Office Manager
  9. Continually learn Total Office Manager product knowledge and brush up on skills
  10. Build Client relationships at trade shows, Total Office Manager Trainings, and in town clients
  11. Stay informed of competitors and industry trends and think creatively and strategies of marketing Total Office Manager to other industries outside of core

Technical Support Specialist

Technical Support Specialist

We create, sell, and support specialized accounting software for the service and construction industry. We make a very specific “QuickBooks®” type of software.

You should have considerable accounting software experience and knowledge. You need to be an accomplished bookkeeper or have experience working in an accounting software support center. We will provide you with extensive fully paid training so that you can do the job effectively

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on our software with a solid understanding of common bookkeeping practices.
  • Review and critique our training materials.
  • Provide in-house support to new and existing employees.
  • Master each and every new feature as it is added to our software.
  • Perform software testing and report bugs.

Requirements

  • Two-year degree related to accounting, business, economics, or finance. This is an absolute requirement.
  • At least four years of experience doing computerized bookkeeping work for a small business
  • Strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication needed.
  • You should describe yourself as very technically savvy. This job requires you to learn complicated accounting software and provide support to others who use it.

Bonus Points (not required)

  • A four-year degree in accounting is preferred.
  • QuickBooks Pro Advisor certification.
  • Call center experience supporting accounting software.
  • Some computer IT ability is helpful but not expected.

Compensation

  • Your salary will depend on your level of college education, certifications, and past experiences. The pay range $35,000 to $45,000 plus quarterly bonuses. We will be very fair and open during the interview process.

Health Insurance
The Company pays 70% of the cost of the co-worker’s major medical insurance.
The employee is responsible for the final 30%. In addition, we pay 50% of your eligible immediate family’s health insurance.

Vision Insurance
The Company pays 70% of the cost of the co-worker’s vision insurance.
The employee is responsible for the final 30%. In addition, we pay 50% of your eligible immediate family’s vision insurance.

Flu Shot
Aptora will pay an annual bonus of $25.00 for all employees that receive a flu shot.

Dental Insurance
The employee can choose to enroll in individual dental insurance for $5.00 each month, family insurance is at a discounted rate.

Life Insurance
$20,000 life and dismemberment policy for regular employees, $50,000 for managers. The company will pay 100% of the cost of this insurance.

401(k) Retirement Plan
Complete details to be given at time of eligibility. Employee can contribute up to 5% with matching benefits. The first 3% is matched completely. Then next 2% has a 50% match.

Vacation Pay
First year of employment (after 90 days) = five days of vacation, two years of employment = 10 days of vacation, three or more years = 15 days of vacation.

Paid Holidays
The following seven days are paid holidays (our office is closed to employees and customers on these days); July 4th, New Year’s Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas. These are in addition to vacation and personal days.

Personal Days
After 30 days of employment each employee will be given four personal days per year, this is in addition to vacation and paid holidays.

Birthday Pay
Employee will receive a paid day off for his/her birthday. If employee chooses to work on their birthday they will be paid double time.

Veterans Day Pay
Employees that service in and were honorably discharged from the US Military will receive a paid day off for Veteran’s Day. If employee chooses to work on Veteran’s Day, he/she will be paid double time.

Funeral Leave
One day paid time off for funeral of immediate family member, employees may take more than one day off.

Paid Community Service
Employees will receive eight hours per year of paid time to serve a 501c charity or event. This can be done during regular work time or during their off days.

Wellness Plan
It can start on the first day of employment. You can earn bonuses by participating in a variety of wellness activities including walking, getting a flu shot, being in a target weight range, getting annual physicals and more. Each employee is issued a Fitbit One for use with this program. At the end of one year, if the employee has regularly used the Fitbit it will become theirs to keep.
