- Enter a screen name such as “Quality Assurance Checklist”
- Add fields such as a customer selector, date picker, drop down lists, check boxes, text boxes, and more.
- Optionally create a PDF report for printing and emailing. When PDFs are saved, they automatically become available in Total Office Manager’s Document Management system and are instantly available for viewing in the desktop software or in Aptora Mobile II – our field service management software.
