VIP Support is included for free the first year after the purchase of Total Office Manager. VIP support can be purchased for 18% of the retail investment. This includes unlimited calls to our in house support team. All major and minor updates are included with this support plan.

Standard Maintenance: 12% of Retail Investment + $79.00 per support call

Standard Support includes all major and minor updates for a year. Each call to the support line cost $79.00.
