    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.aptora.com/forums/member_profile.asp?PF=200" rel="nofollow">HalleT</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> employee pay<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> Jul-29-10 at 7:22 AM<br /><br />We pay commissions based on the subtotal and it is percentage based.&nbsp; When I need to pay more than one tech commission for a single job, I use two different commission items.&nbsp; I setup my common rates (I.E. 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, etc.).&nbsp; I only pay a max of 30% for certain jobs.&nbsp; If two techs work a job and are entitled to commission, I give 20% to the lead tech and 10% to the helper.&nbsp;&nbsp; It's worked for me just fine processing this way.]]>
