We pay commissions based on the subtotal and it is percentage based. When I need to pay more than one tech commission for a single job, I use two different commission items. I setup my common rates (I.E. 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, etc.). I only pay a max of 30% for certain jobs. If two techs work a job and are entitled to commission, I give 20% to the lead tech and 10% to the helper. anyone using commission pay for there techs? how are you paying multitechs or apprentice on same job? we pay commission based on labor retail price per task. need to figure a way to pay apprentice or another tech that is on the same job without increasing invoice total. also do not want to pay commission for 2 technicians based on labor retail price on invoice total without it being divided properly between the two technicians. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This was an error in the latest update that did not show the form to select how many pages. There is a new update available that fixes this.

Please remember if you have problems with the program and want to reach a Support person enter an issue on the knowledge base. Staff rarely reviews the forums and is for discussions with other users.

I have used the Payroll Summary Report it seems to give enough info

How are you reporting City B&O taxes and license renewal?

We are an employer in Washington state. We are unable to get appropiate wage and hour reports for L&I and State Unemployment reporting without a great deal of manipulating TOM's reports. I currently have to transfer the report that TOM generates to an excell spread sheet and do a lot of cut and paste. Does any Washington State users have this issue also? If so I would like to know how you handle this.
