Is there a way to have our help desk questions escalate to product enhancements without having to fill out another request on-line?
I don't know if many of you have this issue, but certain issues that require programming changes should be, in my opinion, escalated to enhancements without having to re-enter all the information again. While it can be understandable that certain things need to be changed, why not simply have the support team move the problem over to an enhancement?
It's not a terribly huge ordeal, just some what of a pain to have to go back in and essentially re-type everything.
Anyone else have this issue?

Feel free to open one of your existing issues and update it, asking that it be moved to "Enhancement" status. We'll be happy to accommodate your request! |
