In Flat Rate Plus you do not need to worry about Deleting Unused Items, If they are not used they will not print in the book. The only thing you want to worry about is inactivating unused Tasks.

If you really want to get rid of unused items, go to Utilities, Item cleanup.  Beware ... this process cannot be undone!
