Aptora’s first record of business with a Canadian contractor was in 2000. Time has gone by so fast. We still continue to build our Canadian customer base more each year. To aid in that growth, Roger Holmes, a former Aptora customer, became our exclusive Canadian Account Manager. Roger owned and operated a successful contracting business using Total Office Manager and Aptora Mobile II.
As a hands on user of Aptora’s products, Roger has a distinct advantage how to show new and current customers how Total Office Manager can help them run their businesses more efficiently and grow with them as their businesses prosper. He has 13 years if business ownership in the HVAC industry and 18 years of senior management experience in other service-related industries.
James Leichter, Aptora’s CEO, has a love for Canada and is proud of the partnership our two countries have had over the years. James designed Total Office Manager because, as a former HVAC contractor, he felt the software used by the industry was not good enough. Since 1996, James and the Aptora team have worked hard with our customers to constantly improve Aptora’s software and keep it’s features up to date or even ahead of other software in the industry.
